PASSWORD issues?
+ No Problem! Click HERE for Step-by-Step instructions to choose a new password. Tip: The computer will give you a suggested password. Just erase it and type in your own that is at least 6 characters long.
I know my current password, but I want to change my password.
1) Every time you login, you are taken to your personal account page. You can also get there by clicking "Personal Account" in the right hand column of some web pages.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3) Type your NEW password in both of the empty boxes.
4) Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Remember to Click "Save" or your changes will be lost!
How do I suggest an event be added to the online CALENDAR?

I'm not receiving the e-mails from the website to complete my password set-up.
1) Check your JUNK / SPAM folder.
2) Double check that our email address Volunteer@MDbeekeepers.org is in your contact list

4) If you still are not receiving the email with a link to reset your password, contact our webmaster so we can help trouble shoot your issue.
I don't have a CREDIT CARD to join/renew online, and MSBA doesn't accept cash or checks.
1) Not a problem!
2) Many stores, including 7-Eleven Stores, and Target, sell prepaid VISA Gift Cards. They work just like credit cards or debit cards, but are not tied to your name, or your bank.
3) Choose one, like the VISA OneVanilla prepaid VISA card, that doesn't charge a monthly fee or per-use fee, only a purchase fee ($4.95 at 7-Eleven)
4) Tell the cashier how much money to store on the card - a figure between $20 and $500. Load it with $20, and you can use it to pay MSBA dues this year, but you can also put on more - like $40 so you are set to join MSBA Next year!
I'm a LIFETIME MEMBER from before the online system started. How do I logon?
1) You are already in our system!
2) Click HERE for Step-by-Step directions to create your password (yes, they are the same directions for 'forgot password'.)
I am a member and want my contact info added to the list of Swarm Retrieval Volunteers
1) login to MSBA's website
3) fill out the form (only forms are accepted, not separate emails, etc.)
4) Click "SEND" If you do not click send your message will not be sent.
How do I add my name to the For Sale pages?
1) Every time you login, you are taken to your personal account page. You can also get there by clicking "Personal Account" in the right hand column of some web pages.
2) Scroll down until you see "INCLUDE Me in these MSBA Benefits
3) Click 'yes' next to items you want to sell, e.g. "Show my contact info on the LOCAL HONEY FOR SALE webpage"
4) Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Remember to Click "Save" or your changes will be lost!
5) When you no longer have the item to sell, Please return to that page and click 'no'
6) Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Remember to Click "Save" or your changes will be lost! 7) . IMPORTANT: Go to the webpage that sells the item you just signed up for, and click the green circular arrows at the bottom of the list. This will REFRESH the list, adding your name.
How do I add/remove my name from the Beekeeper Directory?
