Hot Mustard
Hot Mustard sauce to use as a dip or condiment
Equipment
- 1 mixer
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 set of measuring cups
- 1 set of measuring spoons
- 1 double boiler
- 1 sterilized jar and lid for storage
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Coleman's mustard (dry)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Beat the eggs in mixing bowl
- Combine all ingredients and mix
- Put ingredients into double boiler - if bowl is small enough you can keep in bowl and suspend into double boiler
- Still constantly until thick (do not boil)
- Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate or use immediately
