Hot Mustard sauce to use as a dip or condiment

Equipment

  • 1 mixer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 set of measuring cups
  • 1 set of measuring spoons
  • 1 double boiler
  • 1 sterilized jar and lid for storage

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Coleman's mustard (dry)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs in mixing bowl
  • Combine all ingredients and mix
  • Put ingredients into double boiler - if bowl is small enough you can keep in bowl and suspend into double boiler
  • Still constantly until thick (do not boil)
  • Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate or use immediately
