Habanero Hot Sauce with Honey

Equipment
- 1 mixer
- 1 set measuring spoons
- 1 set measuring cups
- 1 small jar to hold sauce
- 1 spatula
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp local honey (basswood)
- 1/2 habanero pepper, step and seeds removed
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 1 tbsp dried onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 oz honey vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into mixer
- Blend in mixer until smooth
- Pour into small jar - makes about 12 oz
- Keep refrigerated until used
