Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies using local Honey
Soft oatmeal cranberry white chocolate cookies made with local honey
Servings: 2.5 dozen
Equipment
- 1 mixing bowl and mixer
- 1 set measuring cups
- 1 set measuring spoons
- 2 cookie sheets
- 1 cookie cooling rack
- 1 spoon - teaspoon or 1 tsp cookie scoop
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup local honey local honey
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz package dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Beat butter and honey until light and fluffy.
- Add egg mixing well
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl
- Add to butter mixture in several additions mixing well after each addition
- Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips
- Drop by rounded teaspoonsfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
- Cool on wire cookie rack
