Pumpkin Pie with Honey
Equipment
- 1 9" pie pan
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 set measuring spoons
- 1 set measuring cups
- 1 spatula
Ingredients
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs, beaten (at room temperature)
- 1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 2/3 cup milk or light cream
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl (except nutmeg)
- Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell
- sprinkle nutmeg over pie
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (until knife/toothpick inserted in middle of pie comes out clean)
