Hot Mustard
Hot Mustard sauce to use as a dip or condiment

- 3/4 cup cider vinegar apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Coleman's mustard (dry)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt

Beat the eggs in mixing bowl
Combine all ingredients and mix
Put ingredients into double boiler - if bowl is small enough you can keep in bowl and suspend into double boiler
Still constantly until thick (do not boil)
Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate or use immediately
