Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies using local Honey
Soft oatmeal cranberry white chocolate cookies made with local honey

- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup local honey local honey
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 6 oz package dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F
Beat butter and honey until light and fluffy.
Add egg mixing well
Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl
Add to butter mixture in several additions mixing well after each addition
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips
Drop by rounded teaspoonsfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown
Cool on wire cookie rack
