Equipment

  • 1 9" pie pan
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 set measuring spoons
  • 1 set measuring cups
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten (at room temperature)
  • 1 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 2/3 cup milk or light cream
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl (except nutmeg)
  • Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell
  • sprinkle nutmeg over pie
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (until knife/toothpick inserted in middle of pie comes out clean)
