Ingredients

unbaked pie shell

eggs, beaten (at room temperature)

pumpkin puree
3/4
cup
honey
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ginger

cup
milk or light cream
1/4
tsp
nutmeg

Instructions
Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl (except nutmeg)
Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell
sprinkle nutmeg over pie
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (until knife/toothpick inserted in middle of pie comes out clean)
