Ingredients

thin cream

sugar
1/4
cup
butter

cup
honey
1/2
tsp
vanilla
1
cup
chopped nuts
pecans or walnuts

Instructions
Lightly butter large backing pan
Cook thin cream, sugar, butter and honey over low heat to 254 degree F or hard ball stage
Stir constantly toward the end of the cooking period
When hard ball stage met, add vanilla and nuts
Pour into buttered pan
When firm, lightly score for future cutting
Cut when cold and wrap individual pieces in wax or parchment paper
